Candice partners with her clients to create a culture of health and wellness at work. She will teach you how to ensure you are putting YOU on your calendar by making regular investments in your well being. She will design programs for employees who are looking to build healthy habits, achieve a goal, maintain their current goals or are looking for a change. Candice acts as an ally to nurture new habits that lead to a healthier happier lifestyle.

Teaming up with a health and wellness coach will help to create motivation and accountability, whether working in the office or remote. After a health and wellness evaluation, Candice will create a customized plan designed for personal wellness goals. The plan may include:

  • Personalized workout programs

  • Customized nutrition plan with meal suggestions and recipes

  • Goal setting with a strong emphasis on a positive mindset

  • Grocery store tips for healthy meals and snacks

  • Lunchtime sweat sessions

  • Nutritional lunch and learn

  • Weekly coaching sessions

  • Team /Department challenges
