What is the CFit Method?

The CFit Method incorporates Candice’s Holistic approach to fitness. It infuses clean eating, understanding calories, communication, challenging your self and collaborating with Candice. She focuses on Core and Compound movements throughout her sweat sessions. She uses a variety of training styles to incorporate form focused exercise techniques in order to maximize each session. Her challenging and effective CFit sessions transform the body by using all muscle groups. The CFit method is loaded with strength training, core crazed supersets, compound & dynamic movements. Candice’s motto is “why work one body part when we can work multiple muscles at once?” She also motivates her clients to take “active recovery” breaks that center around “sprinkles of core work.” A common phrase Candice’s clients hear often “you can do anything for a minute.”

Candice’s approach to health and wellness is to be a lifelong student by staying current on new methodologies and having fun. She gets you to show up, do the work and smile. Often you will hear Candice encouraging her clients to smile because when you smile you tell your body you like it. Her open and welcoming approach allows clients of all levels to partner with her. Candice is a mom of three children and understands the home work life balance. She is a big believer in squeezing in workouts and finding time for a healthy lifestyle.
