“I began training with Candice 4 years ago. When quarantine happened in 2020, I wasn’t nervous because I had built a home gym and had a Peloton. What I quickly realized is that I still needed Candice to stay toned and work my core. Without Candice there is no core, no matter how hard I try. Peloton may have replaced my gym membership but could never replace my sessions with Candice. Fitness apps are great but can’t replace a live coach who has created a personalized workout for your goals, is watching your form, correcting your form and motivating you. Our sweat sessions are now on zoom and I’m amazed that it’s the same killer workout. Anyone who works with her loves her because she is so supportive. She is amazing at what she does and has a passion for fitness. I always feel her vested interest in me and my goals because she takes the time to build a relationship with me. “It was January 1st, 2015, that I made the promise to myself that I would get back into shape, it was the best New Year’s Resolution I’ve ever made. I was the kind of person that would lose the weight and gain it back, try and exercise and then slack back off. Not this time, I refused to let that happen. I started with taking spin classes with Candice. I was scared to death, never attempted it before, but I was determined, a year later I started bootcamp and never turned back since. I’ve been working with Candice for years. When I first saw her (without speaking to her) I thought she was just another fitness Coach who preached about nutrition and fitness while having the “perfect genetics.” I didn’t think she’d understand the struggle that women with “not-so perfect genetics” battle. I was SO wrong about my prejudgment of her. Not only has she been pivotal in my weight loss journey, but she’s been like a therapist, motivational speaker, and is one of the most empowering woman in my life. I struggle with staying consistent with my fitness regimen. Candice is always there to steer me back on the right path with open arms. She doesn’t pressure or make me feel bad, instead she helps me re-train my mind and realize that life happens. She’s given her time and positive energy to helping get my mindset and healthy habits right rather than even my body.
