Nutrition is a mindset.

Candice is an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. She believes in a balanced diet of protein, carbs, and fats at every meal. She doesn’t believe in dieting, but rather eating healthy as a way of life. She teachers her clients the importance of understanding calories and how to balance their meals. Candice will do a detailed Health & Wellness Evaluation to understand her clients goals and create a unique and personalized nutrition plan including:

  • Meal suggestions

  • Grocery shopping tips

  • Smart snacking suggestions

  • Tips for hunger & cravings

  • Meal prepping / planning

  • Portion sizes

  • Recipes

  • Weekly coaching sessions

  • Life strategies for health and wellness

  • Accountability and coaching

From there, a session will be scheduled to discuss the nutrition plan and help educate her clients on a healthy lifestyle. Understanding the need to fuel your body with proteins, carbs, and fats is the foundation for success. A balanced nutrition plan will help you stay healthy, balance your hormones, have more energy, and reduce cravings. Candice will be available daily as her clients begin their fitness nutrition journey! Sharing photos of what’s on your plate, and receiving the daily motivational support is key for success!
