Candice teaches a variety of classes at her home studio, local high schools, virtually, and at Melia Pilates Studio in Wesley Chapel. Private Training

One-on-one private training sessions. Available in home at her private gym, or virtually. Candice listens - she will hear and work with your goals, your injuries, and your exercise preferences. Each training session offers individualized coaching AND a 100% customized and personalized experience specially tailored to your needs and goals to bring out the BEST in you! Her carefully crafted jam-packed training sessions target every muscle group. Candice incorporates the fundamentals of the CFit Method (Core & Compound Movements) into each session. When you train with Candice, she guides you through each workout and provides a personalized strength program to follow outside of sessions.

Group Training

Small Group Training is a perfect fit for those with a solid foundation in strength training. This format is for groups of 2-4 people who are looking to keep much of the personalized attention of one-to-one sessions BUT with benefits. Community, camaraderie, and a more affordable cost create these fun training groups. The sessions include all aspects of the CFit Method.
